Every facial start with a double cleanse, so you don’t need to wash your face or take your makeup off.
SPF application is the last step of every facial. You don’t have to bring any SPF with you.
You don’t need a patch test, but please inform us of any allergies prior to your facial appointment.
You don’t have to book a separate appointment for skin analysis, it is included in every facial. If you’d like to book just skin analysis you can do so by choosing that option from the menu.
Yes. 30% fee to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment and 50% ‘No show’ fee.
We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12.
We can't accommodate more than one person at a time as we follow Covid-19 guidelines and restriction.
Yes, you can book a facial as a gift or purchase a gift card.
We cannot guarantee that we are able to give you full-time service.
