I've made a booking online, what's next?

Once you've made a booking you will receive a confirmation email. Please be on time for your appointment and make sure you have 15 extra minutes should your skin analysis takes more time.

Do I need to cleanse my face before coming for a facial? 

Every facial start with a double cleanse, so you don’t need to wash your face or take your makeup off. 

Should I bring SPF with me?

SPF application is the last step of every facial. You don’t have to bring any SPF with you.  

Do I need a patch test?  

You don’t need a patch test, but please inform us of any allergies prior to your facial appointment.  

Do I need to book a separate skin appointment for skin analysis?  

You don’t have to book a separate appointment for skin analysis, it is included in every facial. If you’d like to book just skin analysis you can do so by choosing that option from the menu.  

Is there a cancellation policy?  

Yes. 30% fee to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment and 50% ‘No show’ fee.

Can I bring my child with me?  

We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 12.   

Can I invite my friend with me?  

We can't accommodate more than one person at a time as we follow Covid-19 guidelines and restriction.  

Can I book a facial for someone else?  

Yes, you can book a facial as a gift or purchase a gift card.  

What if I am running late? 

We cannot guarantee that we are able to give you full-time service. 

How can I find out more about a particular treatment?

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
